Registration & Key Dates
Every deadline, the full registration process, test centres and rules for the 2026 dMAT cycle — with us handling the paperwork for you.
15 September 2026 — don't miss your seat
Four dates that matter
Miss a deadline and your admission can slip by a full semester. Here's the fixed schedule for the inaugural cycle.
On the g.a.s.t. portal, www.d-mat.de
Final deadline for sign-up & fee payment
Held across all Indian test centres
Via the secure g.a.s.t. portal
Seats are first-come, first-served. Metro centres (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru) fill fast — registering in the first weeks is the safest way to get your preferred city and date.
How registration works
The whole process runs on the g.a.s.t. portal — or hand it to us and we'll do it accurately on your behalf.
Create your account
On d-mat.de, using a personal email address (not a temporary institutional one).
Enter passport details
Exactly as printed on your international passport — every character must match.
Choose test centre
Pick from the available Indian cities — seats are allotted first-come, first-served.
Select language
English or German. Most Indian candidates choose English.
Pay the fee
€150 by international credit/debit card during registration.
Get confirmation
Receive your confirmation and admit details; note your centre & reporting time.
Passport-exact details are critical. Any mismatch between your registration and your passport — a misspelled name or wrong number — can mean denial of entry on exam day and forfeiture of the fee. This is exactly the kind of error we prevent.
Test centres across India
The 2026 cycle runs at licensed, proctored g.a.s.t. centres in ten cities. Home / online testing is not permitted.
Centres and venues are confirmed by g.a.s.t. each cycle and may change — we'll always point you to the current list.
What it costs — and the refund rules
Paid directly to g.a.s.t. during registration.
- International credit / debit card only
- Separate from the APS fee (≈ ₹18,000)
- *Rupee amount varies with the exchange rate
Appeal fees are refunded only if your grade is adjusted. A technical fault caused by the centre entitles you to a free retake.
The rules to know beforehand
The centre enforces these strictly. Breaking them can mean exclusion and losing your fee — so read them before the day.
Bring the same passport/ID used at registration. Any mismatch means no entry.
Latecomers, once access codes are handed out, are permanently barred for that sitting.
Phones, smartwatches, fitness trackers and calculators go in a designated area outside.
Notice papers count as prohibited aids — only your ID stays on the desk.
You can't leave during the exam, including the 30-minute break. Bring your own snack/water.
If a centre fault prevents evaluation, you may retake at a later date free of charge.
Let us handle your registration
One wrong character can cost you the exam. We register you correctly, secure your centre early, and coordinate everything into your APS — for a small, transparent fee.
